By submitting an application, you explicitly consent to this cross-border transfer.

Data Retention & Your Rights

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@lotusprotocol.co. Upon request, all personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Members retain the right to access, correct, or withdraw consent for data processing at any time.

The Lotus Protocol operates as a private, invitation-only concierge introduction service under LandLink Holdings, LLC. It is not a digital platform, social network, or public personal database of any kind.

Introductions are conducted on a 1-on-1 basis through a personal vetting and selection process. No public profiles exist. No catalog or searchable database of members is maintained.
